The Leadership Group is accountable for the work of ADSS Cymru, and is made up of all Directors of Social Services and Chairs of Heads of Service Groups. The Chief Executive of Social Care Wales and the Director of Social Services & Housing WLGA are also members.
The Board of Directors is responsible for all company-related matters.
Through our heads of services and professional leadership groups, and Welsh Government Delivering Transformation Grant-supported workstreams, ADSS Cymru has developed a comprehensive work programme, creating opportunities to work with others on the extremely challenging agenda of change in social care in Wales.
