Help us make a case for change: Domiciliary Care franchise model workshop

Wednesday 7 December 2022, 1 - 4pm. Free
Online on Teams video call. Book your place on Eventrbite

ADSS Cymru invites you to share your views and experiences on what needs to change to make Domiciliary Care more effective for people across Wales. This small workshop run is open to providers and service users with experience of Domiciliary Care from Local Authorities, third or private sector across Wales.

We know that the need for Domiciliary Care in Wales to be more sustainable and better supported is more urgent than ever. In response to this, we are producing a feasibility study for Welsh Government, with the aim of making a case for changes to better support Domiciliary Care. We want to co-produce this study with you, taking the lead from your views, experiences and ideas. Together, we will explore a range of options for whether a franchise model could be used to support Domiciliary Care in Wales.

This afternoon workshop will be held on Teams video call and run by expert facilitators from ADSS Cymru. Please note that, whilst this is primarily an online event, a small number of places are available for individuals who would like to join in-person in our offices in Abercynon, RCT. Please email helena.sikk@adss.cymru by Monday 28 November if you would like further details.
