- How to maximise the opportunities of cluster planning in health board integrated planning
- How integrated planning care support the shift of resource from the secondary and acute care into primary and community settings.
The day is open to planners, and those who plan in social care communities and NHS Wales across Wales, to learn more about how primary care cluster planning is a creating a solid foundation to building a Healthier Wales.
