Our annual Spring Seminar for ADSS Cymru Members and invited guests returns on Monday 23 March 2026. This online event is an opportunity to take time and space away from the daily pressures of work and be inspired by stimulating, interactive sessions.

Join the discussion

This flagship annual online event brings together social care leaders from across Wales to reflect, celebrate best practice, and learn from each other. This year’s theme, Navigating Uncertainty: Leadership, Wellbeing and Resilience in Times of Change, speaks directly to the possibilities for growth as well as the complexities facing social care as we prepare for the election.

The seminar will feature a keynote from Daniel Casson, co-founder of Oxford Project: The Responsible Use of Generative AI in Care, and an inspirational talk from Sophie Pierce, the first person with cystic fibrosis to row the Atlantic. Previous Spring Seminars have featured speakers including Simon Lancaster, Nazir Afzal and Rhoda Emlyn-Jones, reflecting the event’s focus on thoughtful, values-led leadership.
