Our annual Spring Seminar for ADSS Cymru Members and invited guests returns on Monday 23 March 2026. This online event is an opportunity to take time and space away from the daily pressures of work and be inspired by stimulating, interactive sessions.

Hosted on Teams with simultaneous translation, there will be opportunities to get involved in facilitated discussions. The full programme details will be announced shortly. Last year, the programme explored 'Leading with Heart and Grit', with sessions from: speechwriter Simon Lancaster on the language of leadership; leaders from the sector including Taryn Stephens and Gillian Baranski; and practice-focused sessions from Newport Family Support Service and Platfform.
